Here at NYC Pupil, we pride ourselves on providing the best and most up-to-date eye care! During your comprehensive examination, our Doctors and staff will perform a variety of tests to assess different areas of your vision and ocular health. 

Refractive Measurements

Prior to seeing the Doctor, our staff will use a machine to measure your or your child's eyes to determine the refractive error. Once you or your child see the Doctor, she will use her instruments to check the refractive error as well, which will help to determine the prescription! 

Digital Imaging

Images and scans will be taken of the back of the eyes to assess overall physical ocular health. The Doctor will review all images and scans taken during the appointment and address any concerns. 

Visual Field Assessment

For adult patients, our staff will conduct a visual field assessment to assess your peripheral (or side) vision.
